Member Policies
What to Expect
Arrival Policy
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your booking time. The booking time is when you should be in the barber chair. Example: 12:00 PM appointment = arrive by 11:45–11:50 AM.
Late Fee
Members: $15 late fee if not in chair at booking time.
No-Show Fee
Members: $25 no-show fee if you arrive 10+ minutes after appointment time. After the 10-minute window, appointment must be rescheduled — half the original service price or lose a service.
Cancellation
Communicate by calling 6 hours in advance for adjustments. Cancel under 24 hours = lose a service or pay 50% of original service price.
Booking Assistance
Members — we will book appointments for you. Text or call between 7AM–7PM. After 7PM, response next day at 7–8AM.
